AM I REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM?
No. You will be in a room and behind a closed door - but not locked in. We continuously monitor our rooms. If you decide to quit the game early, you may leave the room at any time. We cannot legally lock you in a room :)

CAN I USE MY SMARTPHONE?
We do not permit photos or videos to be taken inside our rooms or allow cell phones to interrupt game play. To remove any temptation, we have lockers in the lobby to store your belongings during the game, including your cell phone. Pictures or videos of any kind can have you removed from the game.

WHAT'S IT COST?
Cost per person is only $25. Children ages 4 and under are free.

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN I PAY OVER THE PHONE?

We do not take card information over the phone. Paypal is our payment processor and you actually don't need an account to checkout! There is an option to checkout as a guest and then you can just input your card information like normal.

CAN I BOOK WITH JUST TWO PEOPLE?

Yes. Although we recommend group sizes of 4 or more, all of our rooms can be played with just two!

WHAT IF I CAN'T GET OUT IN TIME?
No worries. If you get stuck, hints will be provided by our staff - we want you to have fun. If you still don't finish in 60 minutes, we'll simply end the game.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

GUESTS MUST arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of the scheduled reservation. Your game will start right on time. Being late will cause you to have less than the allotted 60 minutes to play. We run a tight schedule and cannot allow other guests' reservations to be impacted.

CAN I PREPARE FOR THE GAME?
You can't. Everything you will need you learned in grade school. No other special knowledge is needed. You will work as a team to find and follow the clues, applying deductive reasoning. Along the way, you will learn the story and, hopefully, complete the game in less than 60 minutes.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
No, however participants under the age of 15 must have an adult in the room with them for liability reasons.

IS IT SCARY?
No monsters or zombies at our place. Also, our rooms are quite spacious for those who are claustrophobic! BONUS: We cannot legally lock you up!

WILL I BE PAIRED WITH OTHER GROUPS?

No! All of our games are now private. It will just be your group in the room.
